We are very excited to be learning about ‘People Who Help Us’ this term. This is very much based upon the children’s interests as they requested a ‘Doctors Surgery’. We are very lucky to have lots of people who have jobs in the community where they ‘help’ other people and we are looking forward to a lot of visits from family and friends this term.
We have come to the end of a busy week, during which many of our parents have been able to join us to watch the children’s Easter assemblies and view the children’s work. Our final day has been spent with the children performing for each other and decorating eggs for the annual competition. Watch this space for some amazing entries…
We are very excited to visit Whitehouse Farm tomorrow, 4th December. We hope that Santa can make it as we know he is very busy! Wellies, packed lunches and warm clothes needed and photographs to follow.
Miss Dawson and Mrs McGuire x
We loved going out in our coats and watching the Solar Eclipse on 20th March 2015. We noticed changes in temperature, how windy it was, the changes in the light and how quiet things became. Big thank you too to Mr and Mrs Price for their lovely picture they printed of the eclipse from above their house. So very thoughtful. It is now pride of place in Reception Class if you want to see it.
